Berlin, October 20, 2020 - More comfort and service for real estate users - this is the goal of the cooperation between Sensorberg and the RENZ Group. The Berlin based PropTech with focus on digitalization of real estate and smart storage solutions and the company from Kirchberg an der Murr, specialized in the production of mailboxes and parcel box systems, have agreed on a strategic cooperation for this purpose. In joint residential projects, in which the IoT-based Sensorberg platform is used to control digital devices in buildings, the intelligent letter and parcel boxes of the RENZ product line myRENZbox will be connected with hardware and software solutions of PropTech in the future. The myRENZbox system platform and the Sensorberg platform will be linked via an interface. Thanks to this integration, tenants of the respective properties can easily use and manage the mailboxes and parcel boxes by means of a pincode function via a special app. This also includes the possibility to grant external parcel suppliers access to their boxes. This makes parcel deliveries during personal absence safer and easier.
The first joint project of Sensorberg and the RENZ Group was realized in the Berlin residential ensemble "Gleis Park" of the real estate company Bauwens..
