Dezember 2019 – Die auf die Digitalisierung von Coworking Spaces, Gewerbe- und Wohnimmobilien sowie Self-Storage spezialisierte Sensorberg GmbH hat In Münster and Bochum, Berlin-based PropTech has equipped around 15,000 m2 of storage space with digital infrastructure for the self-storage provider. Private and commercial customers of MyBox have access to their rented storage boxes and/or - spaces around the clock. Thanks to the implementation of the Sensorberg Smart Solution, tenants can now open their respective boxes 24/7 via smartphone in a flexible and uncomplicated manner. Additionally, the digitalization allows the operator to manage his administrative processes related to the access management more effectively..

Door and storage box opening via smartphone works not only online, but also offline via Bluetooth. This minimizes the risk of failure.
