PropTech Startup Sensorberg, which specializes in the digitalization of office and residential real estate, will offer users of the management software Cobot the option to digitally manage access to buildings and rooms. This will be made possible by a product expansion. Cobot users are mainly coworking, coliving or hotel operators who use the software to handle various administrative tasks. By integrating Sensorberg's solution into Cobot, they can now easily assign digital keys to members, guests and service providers. This enables them to enter buildings and rooms via smartphones.

Michael von Roeder, CEO of Sensorberg, says: "It is our goal to develop an open and holistic solution for the digitalization of real estate and space. To achieve this, we rely on cooperation with a wide variety of companies. Together with our partners such as Cobot, we are gradually creating a digital ecosystem with various applications and services related to real estate. Individual operators can choose components they need to make operations in buildings more efficient and to increase the comfort for their tenants".

"Cobot's management software and Sensorberg's Smart Space solution offer our mutual customers easy management and a lot of conveniences: smooth login and a prompt opening of approved doors in coworking space - all in one app," says Kristina Schneider, Chief of Product at Cobot.

In addition to the software solution for digital access management, Sensorberg also provides the necessary hardware. Electronic lock cylinders and special connection and contact points, so-called access hubs, are installed in the entrance areas of buildings and individual rooms. Signals are transmitted from the smartphone via Bluetooth.   , installiert. Die Signalübertragung vom Smartphone erfolgt über Bluetooth.
